From managing information to sharing a booklet

For the person organizing. And the people going.

Using a trip to an Osaka exhibition, explore how dates, participants, transport, stays, and meeting details come together in the coordinator’s overview and the traveler’s booklet.

Coordinator overview

The information you need, organized by trip.

Keep dates, participants, transport, accommodation, and practical instructions together. An overview designed to help you find the details you need, from the overall trip to individual plans.

  • Bring dates, participants, transport, stays, and meeting details together
  • Share the information in a traveler-friendly booklet

Booking status is also part of managing the trip. Explore Misaki’s booklet to see how the information can be presented to a participant.

Who it’s for

Company trips, training, and business travel.

Whether everyone follows the same itinerary or participants have different plans, we’d like to hear about how you manage and share travel information.

  • Organize schedules, stays, and meeting details for a company trip or offsite
  • Manage travel information by training session or exhibition
  • Share a clear, photo-rich travel booklet with participants

Before we talk

What can I use today?

The business product is in development. These screens illustrate the intended experience, rather than a finished product available immediately. We’ll discuss your workflow, required features, and the scope and timing of a possible trial.

How would this differ from spreadsheets and chat?

The goal is to organize dates, participants, transport, stays, and meeting details by trip, then share them as a travel booklet. We want to make it clear where to find information and where participants can check their plans. We’ll discuss what could move from your current workflow.

Will travelers need to install an app?

We’re designing a booklet travelers can read on a smartphone. Access methods, account requirements, and sharing permissions are still being explored. These conditions will be explained before use.

What will it cost, and when will it launch?

Pricing and launch timing have not been set. We’ll explain the terms for your proposed scope before you start. An inquiry alone does not create a contract or a charge.

Early conversations

Let’s start with how you work today.

Tell us how you manage travel information and share it with participants today. We’ll explore what you want to organize, any challenges you face, and what would be useful to try with Tabikit.

Share whatever you can in your email.

  • The trips you coordinate and how many people travel
  • The documents and communication tools you use
  • The work that takes the most effort

Your team name and a short description of the problem are enough to start.
